Dear Lesa, I want to thank you for introducing me to this wonderful new hearing aid.  It is much superior to the other kind that I had.  There is no squealing from feed-back, and the quality of the sound is very natural.  Most of all, I appreciate the fact that you can adjust the loudness of the reception, and the perception of the various pitches right there in your office.  You have been most helpful and I can recommend this instrument to anyone and also recommend your kind and efficient service.
